A super healthy breakfast is served at Plus+ every day (except Sunday) until 11:15 a.m. Super healthy? That’s right. You won’t find a single product with artificial additives or preservatives here. On the menu: cold-pressed juices, healthy breakfast bowls, fresh salads, etc. Many of the dishes are gluten-free, lactose-free or don’t contain refined sugars.
If you want a great start to your day...
then you've come to the right place at Maison Elza. Freddy can’t wait to serve you breakfast, whether small, large or extra-large (and decadent!). The speciality of the house is the Eggs Benedict with cooked ham or smoked salmon. Enjoy it with a glass of bubbles or a cosy cup of tea. Mmm!

BE O VERSBAR
A healthy start
The Versbar is right under the huge, impressive skylight of the Bourdon Arcade. Every day they process seasonal ingredients that the farmer's market can no longer sell. The menu includes daily fresh cold-pressed juices, shots, a delicious plant-based buffet, fresh sandwiches and snacks free of refined sugars, lactose and gluten.
Packed with organic and natural ingredients
Every first Sunday of the month you can drop by for an organic breakfast or brunch. Every other day of the month L’amuzette serves everyday breakfast (croissants, bread baskets with toppings, granola, etc.), along with salads, toasties, quiches, soups, teatime and tapas. Every dish is always made with carefully selected ingredients.
The tastes of yesteryear
Alice's menu is characterised by its down-home dishes, packed with flavour. Chef Frederik Stas makes sure the flavours of the past are expressed perfectly, and David Sobrie, the grandson of the then imminently successful Patisserie Sobrie, takes care of the tarts and cakes. Every Sunday you can also have brunch here with all the trimmings. A glass of champagne? Why ever not?
Brunch all day (part one)
Yes, please! Especially when tasty brunch dishes such as artisanal quiche, smoked salmon toast and tuna tartine are on the menu... Enjoy your brunch with one of the fresh juices, fresh teas or exclusive coffees like Cocotine's Latte: an espresso doppio with steamed coconut milk and dark chocolate shavings. Our favourite? The pancakes!
There’s something for everyone.
Stop by on Sunday between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. to be spoiled by STAMcafé’s Pain Perdu team with a delicious breakfast or brunch. Go for one of the hard-to-resist menus or for the classics à la carte, such as fresh bread, spreads, yoghurt, a piece of fruit and so on. When you’re done, you could always stick around for a slice of cake or something to drink... It’s always apero’clock somewhere, right?
