An innovative kitchen
Kristof Marrannes started out in his parents’ restaurant, ‘Ter Leepe’, a household name in Zedelgem and its surroundings for over 30 years. He immediately got down to business innovating the restaurant and not a year later he'd pocketed an award for it, the Zilveren Pollepel 2006, a competition for young talent. In the meantime, Ter Leepe has been awarded a Michelin star, and there’s been no shortage in accolades ever since. Why? Because he’s always in the spotlight working inventively, painstakingly to create a balanced cuisine that showcases new techniques.

Where simplicity is a virtue
Tête Pressée transforms nostalgia into a wholly original dining concept. Come share a meal at a long table, in an open kitchen. Tête Pressée is all about enjoying good food and togetherness, because food can also be cosy and fun. Seated at Lien and Pieter's table, you'll experience the laid-back, homely atmosphere of yesteryear. Pieter works with products from local suppliers – pure & fresh. The products are high-quality, traditionally grown and cultivated or caught. Tête Pressée is an environmentally friendly kitchen. It’s unmistakable gastronomy, deliciously authentic, slightly rustic and always genuine to the core. Because simplicity is a virtue.
This is gastronomic indulgence in a pleasant, timeless interior in mellow shades. Leather seating accompanies tables set beautifully with linen and silver cutlery. Or on a beautiful summer day, you can sit out on the terrace in an oasis of greenery and tranquillity. The cooking is based on the traditional kitchen, but also has a contemporary twist thanks to the addition of new trends in taste, presentation and texture.
Things to share
The name is a tribute to the former owners of the property, Robert and Mariëtte. Their daughter and granddaughter rechristened it as Robette's, with a warm interior and an out-of-the-box kitchen by chef Jan. Every dish is something you share with your dining companions.
Restaurant Pur Sang
On the grill
Pur Sang is the new concept of the owners Sabine & Michel. After 20 years in Ten Voute, it was time to start a new chapter in their story. Customers always come first at this hip and trendy business. It's a place for a good time with friends, where you can relax and enjoy the to-die-for cocktails, tapas and the best meat dishes ‘on the grill’ to the max. The speciality of the house is the Mibrasa-style meat: meat grilled in a charcoal oven, giving it a uniquely delicious flavour.
Feel at home
Mikey and Petit welcome you in their restaurant Mint the same way they'd welcome you into their own living room. Pure, fair products always take precedence in their kitchen. Their motto: ‘Anyone who does what they love, never works a day in their life!’.
