Since its opening in 2002 the Fashion Museum of the Province of Antwerp (MoMu) is best known for its innovative exhibitions on different fashion themes. Instead of a fixed presentation MoMu organises two large thematic exhibitions per year, with a side programme consisting of workshops for adults and children, tours, lectures and debates. On the ground floor, visitors can visit the MoMu Gallery. In addition to a unique historic and contemporary clothing warehouse (with more than 25,000 articles of clothing and objects) the MoMu also has an extensive library with an archive of more than 15,000 volumes where students, designers, visitors etc. can get inspiration, information and documentation.
